No, most people use it consistently rather than cycling it.

When should I take it?

Will it cause bloating?

Some people notice a change in water balance, but creatine is generally well tolerated. If you experience discomfort then we recommend dividing the dose across the day (eg 2.5g in the morning, 2.5g later in the day).
