We would love you to join us for a yoga and wellbeing morning with Jane and Jo from the Amaranth team.

Our yoga and wellbeing brunch will be held at The Crown and Conspirator in Bramhall, and you will enjoy :

• A one hour Ashtanga-inspired class yoga session with Jane.  
• A 20 minute talk on nutrition and supplements for energy and autumn wellness by our Nutritional Therapist Jo 
• Tea, coffee and a choice of hot brunch 
• An Amaranth goody bag worth £20

This 60-minute Ashtanga-inspired class blends the flowing rhythm of traditional Ashtanga with a softer, more accessible approach. Expect breath-led sun salutations, standing postures to build strength and balance, gentle seated stretches, and a deeply relaxing finish.
