And My Verdict....
So my honest first impressions. I had been so excited for this product to land that initially I was a little confused. I’m used to the cylinder foundation tubes that INIKA have and so the serum foundations looked a little small. I tried the product on my hand and was surprised at how runny it was – my mistake, I hadn’t given the bottle a shake and it is needed. After a good shake I tried again and then I noticed how far just a tiny bit of the product goes.
Next to try on my face, I prepped my skin with INIKA Liquid Nectar (the secret to a dewy base) and then applied just a tiny amount of serum foundation in my shade which is Fearless. It blended so easily and gave coverage yet felt so light – I was happy. The next morning, I was excited to get ready and try the product again. I applied using my fingertips as personally find that it makes the product goes further. As soon as I arrived at work, I got compliments on my skin and the team agreed that the product gave a gorgeous, glowing, light finish.
So the verdict – I love the INIKA serum foundations for all of the reasons above – the ethics, the ingredients and the skincare benefits but overall, I love the healthy glow and fresh look that they provide.
