Dr. Vegan Stay Calm

This product has absolutely flown off the shelves!  It is a comprehensive, well thought-out blend to support you through the many (many!) symptoms of peri-menopause.   It includes essential vitamins and minerals, herbal adaptogens, phytoestrogens and hydrating sea buckthorn berry.

Phytoestrogens are plant compounds that can help to modulate oestrogen levels in the body.  In countries where women tend to have a diet rich in phytoestrogens, such as Japan, research suggests a lower incidence and severity of difficult menopausal symptoms, such as hot flushes, and a lower risk osteoporosis and hormone driven cancers.7,8  Phytoestrogens also show promise in helping to relieve depression symptoms among menopausal women.9

Hair loss can have a dramatic impact on our confidence levels, our social life and our sense of attractiveness.  Dr. Vegans’ Hair Saviour formula is an all-rounder for those with thinning hair or hair loss with no obvious underlying cause.  The blend features a unique combination of clinically studied botanicals, and vitamins and minerals to support healthy hair growth in both men and women.
